Residency candidates must be a graduate of a College of Pharmacy
accredited in the United States and must be eligible for licensure in
the State of Michigan. Candidates must have successfully completed an
ASHP accredited PGY-1 Residency. In addition, candidates must register
for the ASHP Matching Program and have a National Matching Services (NMS)
applicant number.
Interested candidates must submit the following
information via Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application
Service (PhORCAS):
Deadline for applications: January 6th.
Completed
residency packets will be reviewed. Upon favorable review, residency
candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview.
